Ipswich Building Society became Suffolk Building Society on 9 November 2021. However, the former name of Ipswich Building Society will continue to be used in specific circumstances due to a new mortgage platform launching in 2023, and the existing platform being branded Ipswich Building Society until the switchover.

For the majority of cases, please therefore continue to use the Ipswich Building Society branded resources below. However, if your application is a remortgage involving a transfer of equity please first contact the Society as alternative documentation is required.
