With Suffolk’s tourism industry alone worth an estimated £2 billion, there is a significant and growing opportunity to generate a second income from a holiday let property.

We’ve teamed up with Best of Suffolk to host a free holiday let drop-in session where you can find out the what, why and how of holiday letting – and see whether it’s the right decision for you.

About this event

Join us at the home of local holiday lettings agency Best of Suffolk, where you can look round their successful onsite holiday let property to get an idea of what to expect, before chatting to the experts and getting the answers to your questions.

We’ll be on hand to explain how holiday let mortgages work and what you should consider if looking to borrow funds to finance your holiday let purchase. Best of Suffolk will cover how to establish and manage your new property, giving top tips on spotting potential opportunities and pitfalls plus how to secure maximum revenue from your investment.

This event is completely free and some light refreshments will be available.

Where?
Best of Suffolk, Lime Tree Farm, Badingham, Woodbridge IP13 8LU

When?
Thursday 26 September, 4pm – 6pm

Booking is essential so please register your attendance using the link here by Friday 20 September.

This is an informal seminar, so please feel free to come and go as you please.
