Ipswich Building Society last night announced the winners of its annual branch, head office team and individual STAR award winners in an evening event held at the Tudor Barn, Belstead.
All employees were invited to attend the event where Chief Executive Richard Norrington gave an overview of the Society’s performance at the half year point and plans for the 6 months ahead.
During the evening the annual employee award winners were announced, with each branch and head office team having submitted an entry outlining their efforts in four key areas: living the Society’s values; achieving continuous improvement; contribution to Society’s objectives; and supporting others. The Society’s individual Special Thanks and Recognition (STAR) award winner was also announced, having been chosen from internal nominations throughout the year.
